Is ret broke? I managed 7k on marrogar while still installing this patch, having 0 addons, no new glyphs, nothing regemmed or reforged, and all ret spells thrown sloppily onto blizz ui bars

Ret, feral, warriors, and I think something else are all gimped at the moment. Time for Blizz to demonstrate how quickly they can adjust their numbers with their new tuning knobs. They said they can't hotfix the lifebars issue without an actual patch since it's a client-side issue, so that's really annoying.

Since the release of 4.0.1, more than a few warlocks have noticed that their pets are in fact no longer their familiar demonic servants, and instead appear to be new entities with different names. We’ve been able to pinpoint the cause of the issue, which should be resolved by tomorrow for any warlocks that log in for the first time from then on. We’ve also been able to determine that we will be able to restore any renamed warlock pets to their original pre-4.0.1 names during next week’s scheduled maintenance.

For those of you who like your new pet names, we’re working on a feature for a future patch that will allow you to refresh your summons and essentially generate a random pet name without having to level a new warlock.

I did over 9k on target dummies before this patch. also like two months ago

Maybe a super buff patch for some classes. But if you wanna talk irrelevance, I was doing 9.5k 2 months ago too. But again, this is all fully glyphed/gemmed/ correctly set up. I didn't even get to mess around on target dummies prior to this raid

On a side note, I thought ret was going to just have 'holy power now' but we still have mana, and our casting pool is pretty deep. Also I think making a macro for this 'Selfless Healer' Talent should be interesting to utilize in PvE, But I can definitely see it's benefit for pvp
