Yeah, and half of the US reviewers are trying to look hardcore by giving it ridiculously low scores. There's no way it's a 3/10 with how much complete shovelware is out there.

When I saw that the score came from Destructoid, I immediately knew who reviewed it, and after visiting the site, I was correct.

While I am sure a couple are using it to bolster their bonafides, I have no problem with a truly bad "mainstream" game getting a 3/10. I would give the Assassin's Creed games that score.

I agree. For all the 'games are art' statements people spout, they sure aren't reviewed that way. While I'm sort of happy to see a huge expensive game get knocked for once, I don't have enough faith in any game reviewers to believe it's for the right reasons. 'Resident Evil 6 is a Michael Bay movie' is all well and good, but what video game on this scale isn't at least trying to be a Michael Bay movie?

I picked it up anyway despite the so so demo. I want to see for myself if it really is a 3. I doubt it. I'm thinking 6-7 at worst just from the demo.

I needed a new game, and enjoyed the demo enough, so I picked this up. Of course I am stuck playing solo, but at least on normal, I don't feel like I am babysitting the AI. So far I am enjoying Leon's campaign. Seems like a decent mix of old new, minus the exploration. Just wish there was a way to pull the camera back just a bit.

I can't imagine this being worse than a 6 or a 7. I don't know what the deal is, but there's a deal and people are being weird.

I feel like reviewers are trying to respond to people's comments about them spreading scores in too small an area, but it's only some reviewers and they still won't do it until one person starts and then the rest are like, "Okay, I won't be the only one so I feel better now."
