The only trouble with Kmart is their employees never seem to have any idea what the hell is going on. Spoke with a woman today who looked at me as if I had lobsters crawling out of my ears.
I may try a different Kmart tomorrow.

The Kmart in Pembroke Pines, FL had no clue what I was talking about when I tried to take advantage of this promotion today. How clear are the communications they receive about these online video game offers?

All offers are communicated to the stores. The coupon will print off though automatically regardless of any confusion.

Good to know Kmart's system is idiot proof. May go by tonight and pick this up.
