I think a playthrough doing like most but not all of the quests took me like 20 hours. It's short and great and I'm happy with that. It's why I might actually buy this port and play it again. I sure as fuck wouldn't if it was 30-40 hours.

  4. no, you're supposed to follow that with "No thanks, i'm not hungry right now" and keep mashing the button so she says it over and over.

BG&E felt much shorter than it should have been in whatever intangible way that a game feels 'complete', the fucking end, kill yourself.
I can only reply to the comments you supply me with, which in this case was BG&E being bad because of the game clock and the number of dungeons. Your actual issue was probably just the cliffhanger ending with few explanations.

  7. I dunno! I'm generally fine with "dun dun DUNNNNN" cliffhangers.

I don't know, I remember it being a 10 - 14 hour game tops as well. Which isn't bad I don't mind shorter games. Like you said though, in a Zelda like title I expect something a little longer. BG&E was still pretty damn good overall.

BG&E is similar in length to Zelda 3 from what I remember, maybe slightly shorter. I'm a big fan of most of the 3d Zeldas but they're all longer than ideal otherwise I would replay them more often.

  10. The game lasted about 25 hours for me - 15 to beat the game and 10 hours of playing the air hockey game to listen to that crazy Spanish song.
