saw it a second tiem wit the fam. still loved it. Im wondering how ST3 will be. since i believe JJ is going to Star Wars and the backups are doing ST. Besides the klingon war what could they do?

Gangster planet, Nazi planet, the Gorn, evil Kirk with goatee, Gary Mitchell, time travel maybe.
There's a lot of material to draw from in the original series, but not much that could really carry a film.
I suppose they could draw inspiration from the old films, though.
I doubt we'll see any TNG stuff, but you never know.
