Thread: R.I.P. Leslie Nielsen (1926-2010)

  1. I thought I'd care, but I don't.

  2. Well, you are a Mexican sociopath.

He's was really really old so no surprise, but, he made some movies I laughed at.

  3. This is pretty sucky news. I'mma go watch some Police Squad to cheer up/get more depressed.

  4. Leslie Nielsen is dead. Robert Goulet is dead. Anna Nicole Smith is dead. And O.J. still lives.

Time to start questioning my beliefs.

  6. And he can claim Good Burger in his filmography. Mr. Nielsen made some good films, but he never reached those lofty heights.

  7. He was funny. I will miss him.

  8. Naked Gun rocks, but Airplane is awesome (Shit, how could I have forgot?! *double facepalm*). Not having him make a real appearance in the sequel is quite a loss.

Here's one of my favorite Dr. Rumack quotes- an announcement to the passengers.

"All right, I'm going to level with you all, but what's most important now is that you remain calm. There is no reason to panic."
    *nose grows an inch*

Naked Gun? Here's what Frank says when Jane is going up a ladder.
    "Nice beaver!"
Jane shows him a stuffed beaver, saying "Thank you. I just had it stuffed."

    Finished in 2021: 8 games (PC: 4, PS4: 2, PS3: 1, X1: 1)

  9. I met him a couple of times. Just walking around Canada and Florida. He remembered me every time.

  10. I remember this one episode of Twilight Zone, he played this rich guy who had this couple drowned... it was pretty creepy.
