#20: Crysis - well this game was awesome. Its easily the best FPS game I have played in a while. Take away the Core level and it's perfect.

I even liked the story.

I have always played through this alone as Mickey or in co-op, so I never knew that the single-player game with Donald changes half the stages! I went through it again last night and sure enough, half the game was different. The beach stage didn't make much sense though, as I don't understand a duck dying by falling in the water. Great game, but I still prefer Castle of Illusion.

I thought the core level was a neat change of pace. I wouldn't want it to be longer, but I wouldn't take it out either.

Didn't they remove another level from that version? Maybe the VTOL canyon level?

They took out the VTOL.

Core was awful. Really awful. It took me totally out of the game especially after the awesome fight leading up to the mine.

I don't know why Crytek put out that trailer but the actual game looked really good. I posted my impressions in the thread. Anyone who doesn't play games on PC and likes FPS games really needs to put down the $20 for this ASAP.

It's such a good game. I hope the console release helps get rid of the "it's nothing but a tech demo" criticisms.
