I hope not, because the simultaneous announcement of a new EarthBound and a new Chrono would make my heart explode.

As a HUGE fan of the Chrono games, I'd be super pissed if a sequel wasn't in the works. As for a new Mother game, well I'm shamed to say that I've never played a game in the series, but I'd be excited if there was a new one.

Hm. Famitsu is a very credible source...and generally rumors conveyed by them tend to become facts in the long run.

Uh, I think the Square RPG is a no-brainer. FF12, anybody? FF11 has been out long enough. Following the usual schedule of FF-series announcements, Square should be laying out the goods on FF12 right about now.

well FF12 was allready announced along time ago with like 1 or 2 shots of CG shown this makes it sound like something new and different
