I've played through this game too many times to count. Even did a 3-heart run.
If I was going to replay a N64 Zelda at this point, it would be Majora's Mask. Never made it very far in that one since I just rented it once.

The gyroscope aiming is very, very good, but it doesn't really play well with the 3D.
I can see myself turning off the 3D pretty soon regardless, tbh.

Yeah, I turned the 3d off once I got the slingshot as well. As much as I use the boomerang 3D just isn't happening. I just flip it on during story sequences mostly.
It's a good remake, but I'm not a huge fan of OoT to begin with so we'll see if I can finish it finally. The main reason I got it was because Target's sale let me get this and DOA cheap (and I'm still playing DK '94 more than anything.)
I sat there staring at all the other games. 0 interest. John wouldn't let me squander the 50% off deal so I had to pick something.
They wouldn't ring up Zelda with Zelda at 50% off. Fuckers.
Went with Pilotwings.
