The vehicle to drive a comeback is pretty straight forward. They need significantly enough better exclusives than Sony has to overcome what appears to be significantly weaker hardware. Bringing that to fruition is a whole other ballgame though. Right now, Sony's stable of developers just embarrasses Microsoft's. So MSFT either needs to acquire developers or exclusive partnerships and fast. These games take a long time to make, so you could even make a case that if we don't hear about said acquisitions at E3, it'll be too late to compete for the lead. That said, there's a lot of money available to the second place horse, as long as the PS4 doesn't achieve PS2-like dominance.
