I liked Infamous for the most part but yea the moral choices were hilarious. I played as an "evil" Cole and it basically involved murdering hobos for shards.

You start with all your powers intact and then get new, more awesome powers. This is good, because the early parts of the game where you can't do anything are a pain in the ass in the original.

Ya this? Play more. You do lose your powers. Took forever to re-earn rockets and sticky grenades, etc. You do earn new powers as well, true, but you absolutely get reset to basic.

Yeah, I shouldn't have said all your powers (I actually didn't play it from the beginning, and only dicked around with it for like an hour, I don't own the game myself yet) but you do start with a LOT more than you had in the first, where it was really just shooting and punching to start with.
