I don't really care if little kids see M rated games, I don't think we should provide them those games if we're the parents, I just really don't care what other people do. I mean to say that if someone wants to make Porn they should be allowed to. If someone wants to make M rated games, they should be allowed to. All those things should be protected and not creating them is crossing a stupid line to stop something inconsequential from happening. Not to mention this ban would have been totally unconstitutional.

If you want to keep your kids away from violent games or porn that's your job as a parent; the state or federal government should never stop people from creating things just because some children have parents that both don't parent but somehow care about what their unattended children see.

Good for the Supreme Court, they've been on a roll lately.

Also today they made a decision even more terrible than this one is good, striking down an Arizona campaign finance law. Fuck the SCOTUS.
