I thought the action sequences were much better in 2D, 3D's still garbage for fast motion.

Voltron would have been better since they at least combine at the end, and have a real sword. Not these piddly arm knives.

I could actually tell what was happening in these fights. Must better than the Michael Bayformers' fights that look more like the worst screensaver.

I don't agree with any of this, except maybe the main character being a tad wooden. Don't recall any plot holes, the editing was tight, and the fights were easy to see. You must have seen a different movie than everyone else in this thread.
It's cool to hate what a few people on TNL like, even if they're making shit up.

This movie is up to about 180mil internationally and it hasn't opened in China or Japan yet.
It's incredibly unlikely that it will be profitable but it might not be as big of a flop as it was looking to be if those markets do well.
I think they are hoping for DVD/BLU-Ray sales at this point.

Yeah I thought the fights were easy to spot and I saw it in 3D (which I thought added a cool depth element and wasn't too bad). The main character though? Wooden as fuck. He seemed super detached, emotionally. The asian woman was good. Black Captain was amazing.
