I'm going to see it. It doesn't really seem like my kind of movie, but I have a friend who really wants to see it.
My father in law wants to see this on Sunday for his birthday so apparantly I'm seeing it in theatres.
Every preview looks better. My excitement for this movie has gone from none, to somewhat.
I'm going to see it. The writing could be troll 2 bad, and I'll be ok with that so long as I get a solid 30 minutes of robots and monsters fighting.

Just got back. Solid movie. Could have done without one of the subplots but solid movie. A vastly superior Giant Robot movie.
Couple of things One entire fight seemed to be set up for a sight gag.Was really hoping, though I knew it wouldn't be, that the Category 5 was going to be Godzilla. I know I know, stupid, but what can I say.I was skeptical of the whole two pilot thing but they sold it pretty well.Epic Speech was sadly entirely given away in the trailer, and was therefore not as epic. Yes that's all I can say about it negatively.
