Both. Nolan and Singletary were both awful and Harbaugh really is that good. And they've only played one game in the division so far - 13-3 or 14-2 is not out of the question.

BTW: I think Mike Smith made the right call in going for it. Going for it on fourth down is actually a decent play, but coaches don't do it because they are afraid of the media reaction if it goes wrong. Shit the Giants converted two times out of three in that last drive against the 49ers. And NO's run defense isn't that good.

Not to mention that handing the ball to New Orleans is probably a death sentence anyway.

Honestly, if the Falcons picked up a few inches and proceeded to win the game he would've been hailed as a genius. But the right call is still the right call.
