Resident Evil: Revelaitons (3DS, PS3, 360, PC, Wii U, Wonderswan, MSX)

I haven't played the port yet, but the 3DS version was great because it was real Resident Evil and not an action game.

I finally got back to playing the 3DS version, it is a blast. Just finished Episodes 9 and 10 last night. Farewell, Parker.

There is one thing I absolutely hate about the game: having to press ok after the game loads my file and after it saves (particularly in the menu for Raid mode). It's such a worthless exercise and waste of time. I can't back out of the load or save, so why do I have to okay something that's already done? Dumb. Hopefully it's fixed and streamlined for the console HD version.

I tried the Revelations HD Wii U demo and it was okay. Obviously felt a little weird coming from the 3DS controls (no CPP) to the revamped controls, but that would just take a little time to get used to, I'm sure. Not having to switch between the Genesis Scanning Device and my weapon is nice, although I felt scanning was a little more cumbersome in the way it handled requiring more precision than in the 3DS version. I also downloaded the Xbox 360 demo just to see how it feels with that controller, haven't tried it yet.

This is awesome. I don't remember it at all, but I fully respect getting so annoyed at something so mundane.

Because Resi 6 sold under expectations, and they need to make it up. That's the whole reason this port exists.

I bought it for $30 at GMG with the 25% off coupon and some leftover bonus cast from buying Bioshock. Should be worth that.
