Probably not. Those save files are part of a copyrighted work, even though they are modified by the user.
I don't imagine any publisher would care, but you never know. A completed save would compete with lazy-man DLC, after all.
I guess video games have just always had the culture of promoting user-modifications to game code, even if it's technically illegal.
As long as youtube stays up, I don't really care music wise if they shut all these sites down. Pirating full albums is lame.
