I'm checking it out now as I'm curious how it turned out. I definitely think the next episode I participated in was a stronger podcast.

Seriously, the dead spots while recording were horrible. Nick had to put a ton of work into making it good.

Well he did a great job, this was easily the best podcast imo. It could have something to do with the fact that I still play SSF4 almost daily and that I really REALLY enjoyed listening to bahn and Mzo talk about it (did other people talk during that ~45 minutes? I feel bad for anyone listening who doesn't like fighting games). Hell, I learned something too, I didn't know that if you use focus it builds the revenge meter! Then again, I don't use focus attacks almost ever, but still it's good to know! A++ job, fellas!
