Two things you seem confused on:

1) No, the phrase "and all risk that implies" does not mean "Every possible type of risk that can be listed is inclusive among the risks in this case."

2) Risk refers to the potential for loss, reward/return is the gain. In KS the risk is financial, and the reward is non-financial. You are risking money to receive something or personal or emotional value.

Everspace is a new space shooter/roguelike hybrid from Rockfish games

What they're showing looks very intriguing, a space shooter with a survival bent and randomly generated scenarios, but with a narrative woven in that you can experience across many multiple plays. Runs on Unreal 4 and looks gorgeous.

I don't know if I'll back unless they're cutting it close, but I'm very interested to see how it shapes up. I liked Galaxy on Fire 2 a whole lot, one of the best mobile games ever.

I'm very strongly tempted by that one. It looks amazing, but at 20 Euro I'd want a demo. They're at 50% a couple days in so I think the campaign is going to do ok for itself.
