They really have made death totally meaningless in comics. Has there ever been a comic character who was killed and actually STAYED dead? Like, ever?

The only people who stay dead in comics are Bucky, Jason Todd, and Uncle Ben. Then the first two came back.

In the New 52 continuity Ma and Pa Kent are both dead. Which personally I think hurts the overall characterization. I actually though Ma and Pa Kent being alive and this huge connection to humanity for him was way more interesting than OMG Alien all alone on Earth.Originally Posted by Dolemite
