Well, the list leaked before Lobo was even announced, and Batgirl's announcement pretty much confirmed the rest of it (Scorpion and Zod if you didn't already know), but on the other hand Ed Boon ran a poll for who people wanted as DLC, so some people theorized that Scorpion was just a placeholder for the winner of the poll. (Which was Power Girl IIRC, because internet.) Now I'm really glad I didn't buy the season pass.
