That's what this game is based off of. Apparently, Joker detonates a bomb that "Kills" Lois, that sends Supes into a fit of rage and basically causes the Justice Lords san Batman, because he let Joker live.

To clarify: In the vid; one of the guys was there and watched the demo. He explains that Lois "dies" and causes Supes to go crazy.
In the movie: Flash dies and causes Supes and the rest of the League to go crazy. The basic premise is there. That's the point.
