I now have Job in which i can actually afford to be a gamer. So I'm on poor of shame mode.
I orders darksiders, and arkhsm asylum. And I'm on skyrim right now. I hated oblivion and morrowind but skyrim is badass. I'm loving all of it. Level 11 archer/Mage, still haven't fought a dragoon yet though.

Loaded up Tomb Raider Anniversary yesterday and it's pretty great. It's like all my favorite parts of Uncharted in one game!

Heavy Nova (Genesis) 2248900 pts.

Not an all clear yet, but I was able to get 2 perfect boss fights at 1,000,000 pts each (It doesn't matter if you're hit during a stage, just don't let the boss land anything). I've decided to just go for throws on bosses- I'll jockey for position to try to get BEHIND the other robot, and let the bitch have it with a Back Drop. The timing has to be perfect or he'll fly out of reach. A missed BD does leave the boss a chance to counterhit. If I get a chance to lift the boss off the ground, then I'll throw a few knees to send him back to the floor.


The 5th boss fight, with some badass BGM. I prefer the cartridge BGM over the CD redbook, TBH. The bass has a bit more punch, and IMO the clanky synths just go better with this game.

This game takes a lot of patience and surely isn't the best (Nothing hits a crouching boss, WTF's with that?). Still, there are worse games you could play- this is about a 5/10 I'd guess.

I picked up Bowser's Inside Story again... this game is GREAT. I love the battle system. What an awesome little game.

Also, Fallout New Vegas. I'm gonna build my sneak up to 100 and drop dynamite in peoples' pants all day. How long to the Bloody Mess perk?

SMT Persona 3 Portable

I'm at the verrrrrry end of Devil Survivor Overclocked, but the end is a massive grind. So I took some time off and downloaded this onto my new Vita. It's just so damn stylish. Everything from the menus to the music to the character designs. I actually prefer the male hero character to the female, and I usually pick the female protagonist when given the choice.

So far I've joined the swim team and made friends with some random kid. Yuka-tan will fall victim to my rakish schoolboy charms any day now.

Borrowing Mass Effect 3 from a friend for a bit, 2 hours in and I am really enjoying it. Most things I can recall bothering me in 1 have been addressed beautifully.

Shadows of the damned and Dead Island goty for 15 a piece. Dead Island is better than I expected. Haven't gotten into Shadows yet.

Just saw Dead Island for $15 as well, I'll probably grab that soon if you want to do some co-op icarus. Grabbed ME2 for $16, can't decide if I should stop 3 and try to bust through 2 first. I'd get the first one again but I'm not spending $30 on it.

I think ME2 is well worth playing. ME1, not so much, especially on 360.

I agree. The best way to play ME1 now is through the digital comic in the PS3 version of ME2. I wonder if the Wii U version of ME3 will do something similar.
