I would play that game again if I knew it wouldn't bug out on me at the damned end. I really do want to play the second one.
I don't know if they patched that bug (I thought they did but I might be remembering wrong), but it's correctable. If I recall, you couldn't equip or un-equip the crossblade or something. You can fix it by going into Chaos mode and then switching the items.

  2. I wish I still had the game. I swear I tried everything humanly possible (so that would be included)...but who knows.

I thought about getting it on the super cheap again because I am sure I have the save.

I couldn't equip the Mask of Shadows to get a sword piece.

i managed to restore a bugged save with the chaos form.
you need to transform to chaosform(save before, you may have to try several times).
while transformed change the equipment in the slots (swap mask with stuff, un/equip the mask) until the mask is not showed in the top right menu anymore.
    transform back to normal War.
if the mask is not displayed on his face you were succesful
save (new saveslot preferably) and load that save.
    try the mask again.
anyone know what exactly causes the bug?

I can't believe I am going to buy the game again for this. Worst case scenario is that I have the game again and will finish. Otherwise, I will go apeshit. The worst part about it is that I don't even know what that means. I played it two years ago.

  3. I've finished it three times, once on each platform it's come out on. Glad I never encountered that bug.

  4. edit: I found the game ;p

so that's what I am playing after all

  5. nah still don't work for me

It thinks I am trying to equip that Woidwalker thing and even puts that up top despite the fact iit isn't one of the 3 equipped items. I might play with the VW a bit to see if I can't get it unbugged.

I had 6 of the 7 shards too! I forgot how close I was

oh god I think I did it

  6. I've been playing a lot of Forza 4 lately. Finished the campaign at around level 60 (just hit level 93) so now I'm going through the Event List which I think is a couple of hundred races. Been doing that for awhile and have barely made a dent in it. My main goals are to get my Ferrari affinity level to 60 (at 21 now), own all the Ferrari's and the 5 most expensive cars in the game. Those are all legacy achievements, getting all the Ferrari's may take years, the cost for them is crazy. I'm waiting for the Porsche pack to go on sale before I pick that up.

Between Forza rounds I want to finish Beyond Good and Evil HD, the zombie pack for Red Dead Redemption and get back into Skate 3. I've run out of room in my rack for cases so I need to finish some things I know I'm ready to get rid of.

When I changed my Blizzard security stuff I noticed the Diablo 3 starter promo, so I downloaded that and played as a Wizard to the Skeleton King. That terrible "just a bit more" Diablo itch is still there.

Just played the Dust demo and liked that a lot, so when I clean this list I'll grab that after Rock Band Blitz.

  7. I started playing Blood and remembered things:

    a) It is still hard as hell
    b) The rats suck
    c) It scares me

I have been playing Apple Jack 2. It's a wonderfully soothing combination of Super Mario Bros. 2 and, oddly, Bangai-O. Like the former, it's mostly about throwing enemies into other enemies. Like the latter, the levels are endlessly inventive and turn the basic concept on its head constantly. Well worth the dollar it costs on XBLIG.

I'm also trucking through Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky. I think most JRPGs suck. I hate how they limit your saving to specific points. I hate overly angsty (some angst is fine, I mean, what were YOU like when you were 15?) teenagers that somehow act both far younger and far older than their age. I hate how adults in JRPGs never seem to respect the protagonists yet still send them off on ridiculously dangerous missions. I hate the genre's boring, slow, and yet also brain-dead battle systems. I hate how they're linear and have almost no sub-quests. I hate random battles that don't give you an opportunity to avoid them. It's like somebody took down a list of everything I hate in JRPGs, and then proceeded to make a game that actually manages to avoid every single issue. This is fantastic. I love it.

  9. So 1997.

    Xenoblade.
    Donk

    I prefer finished games.
