An i7 with a 680 can run shit people are already doing on weaker hardware.

Its not perfect, but thats why I was more looking to 7 series cards to make it run well. You should know the hardware is there, its software that needs to catch up.

I don't think a 2013 PC is going to be emulating a late-era PS3 game at full HD and high framerates.
