Yea and they were good last year. They got stuffed by the Giants in the playoffs, which is why I said earlier that I won't have full faith in ATL until they win a playoff game.
Just like last year. But Michael Turner looks terrible, and, as you said, their defense is really questionable. They should have lost to the Panthers (and don't give me bullshit about should haves, because they did nothing to win it; the Panthers gave it away literally) and almost choked away a 20 point lead in the 4th to Denver.
I didn't say they weren't good, by the way. I said they were the most overrated. There is way too much Super Bowl talk about them already.

Yeah...but they still won the Denver game (without lame stuff going on) and have you seen the NFL today? Soon, every team will be 8-8 and we'll go to the 7th tiebreaker. So 4-0 is good.
The Cardinals would be undefeated except they lost a game to a team that had 9 passing TDs last year.
9th in pass defense, though, and this is a passing league...
I don't know. I think the talent level is more even now and the players are simply better to the point where these average teams would look pretty good against the older teams. Yeah, seeing a super team with today's standards would be something to behold, but still, I like this better.
Seattle isn't going to the playoffs. They blew their chance and Cam is the perfect player to beat their aggressive run defense.
I like the idea that a good team can come out of (relatively) nowhere, and there are efficiencies to exploit (like the Giants and pass rushing).
I mean, we still have Oakland, Jerry Jones, and the Browns yukking it up so it's not management and personnel are irrelevant on an individual team basis.
