I'd really like to see the PSP port of Persona 2: Eternal Punishment come over, but I have my doubts. I'll definitely second Type-0.

Kind of off-topic, but I've recently been buying JP Mega Drive games and it occurred to me how only very few of the truly great ones failed to make it over. Genesis owners had it good back then!

On topic: Gundam Extreme Vs.
Was my GOTY 2011. Great game, great home port, and great fanservice.

But it's probably another case of a licensing nightmare. And even though Gundam Musou made it over, I suspect it's more a result of Dynasty Warrior's popularity in the west, and certainly not Gundam's.

Yeah, there aren't a lot of Japan-exclusive greats that come to mind when it comes to the Mega Drive. I like owning MD games cuz I'm a sucker though.

Robot-piloting US president? Check. Terrible voice acting? Also check. Three words: Metal Wolf Chaos. Never seeing these glorious shores, which is kind of ironic.

My top "never going to get" game(s) are the super robot wars titles. RTS with big super robots? yes please. We'll probably never see any of the main series titles because of all the different IPs each game uses.
