How is a console not a computer?
IT IS. It's a much simpler computer than any of your Cee Pee's and it involves less effort to actually play the vidja games. I hate it!

NO. There are a lot of little differences and inconveniences. This shouldn't be a problem. I should have the choice. Mega Man has traditionally been released on consoles, this should be as well.

The great thing about PCs is that they let people make small, silly games and release them for cheap.
Also, it's a 2D Mega Man game. I'm pretty sure you're not going to be overwhelmed by driver upgrades and shader settings. If you can click and icon, you'll be ok.
