It's not the best musou game, but it's the closest they've come to making a real game with the engine.
The animations are fucking amazing and the characters are portrayed perfectly. If you're a fan, that's huge.
Nami's tits are also huge.
I've been playing One Piece for PS3. I really like the episodic nature, as I can play through a chapter and put it down. I know some of you other jerks have picked it up, what are your thoughts? I've only just beat Arlong. I really like the mixing of QTEs and basic button mashing. The amount of combos keeps things interesting too.
Is it just me or is Nami a bit more filled out? (Not that she was lacking in the anime.)

Her feet are the biggest things on her.

Over the weekend I put a lot of time into the Etrian Odyssey 4 demo and played through the Fire Emblem demo on my new XL. Such nice hardware!
Outside of that brief time, I've been revisiting Far Cry 2 lately and trying to clear Ninja Warriors Again. Having a lot of fun with both. Ninja Warriors Again seems like one of the top-tier action games on the SFC, and Far Cry 2 is much better than I gave it credit for back when it was released.
The month is pretty packed. Ys Chronicles+ comes out on Steam on the 14th and I'll dive into those if I finish something else by then, Revengeance is out on the 19th and I will be dropping everything to play that, Etrian Odyssey surprised me out of nowhere and I'll likely be getting that on release, and I'm meaning to get Gunhound EX sooner or later (will involve getting another Vita memory card). whew.
Crazy Taxi 3 doesn't come with a port, but it has the original Arcade city reworked to fit CT3's mechanics. So you'll have CT3's camera, controls, car jumping, and you'll see multi-passenger pickups. The neat thing is that new areas are added to the city to make jumping have a purpose. Jumping down the initial trolley hills and onto the rooftops is awesome. It's no replacement for the original game, but worth checking out.
I haven't played the PS2 or Gamecube versions but I remember hearing Gamecube had no slowdown. I think.

This is probably the best month for video games I can think of in a long time.
I only want the rare and expensive Japanese release of Crazy Taxi, even though I don't speak Japanese.
can't deny that cover at least
