    That's an awesome idea.

This is also known as a "forum thread."

  4. Here we go again!

  5. 9. MGS3 (360 HD Collection)
Ended up killing 3 people, wtf. Might go back to an old save. When met The Sorrow nobody was in the water.

    10. Metal Gear (MSX, HD collection)
Leagues ahead of the NES game, sort of obtuse though. Made it to the Hind w/o the grenade launcher and started over instead of backtracking.

    Starting MG2SS tonight.

The old MSX games are pretty great. The only downside is realizing what an unimaginative rip off MGS really was.

    They're all still great.

  7. The MSX Metal Gears really are 2 of the best games of the 8-bit generation. The NES port is horrible.

  8. 1. God of War 1 HD
Agree with the OP that the game is still really good, but those cutscenes...damn. Played it through 2.5 times. First time as a playthrough, next 1.5 in the cow suit to get the remaining trophies. First platinum trophy ever.

    2. Mark of the Ninja
Found the game by accident and picked it up last week on sale for $7.50. Really a great stealth game. Heard there's some DLC coming soon, and hopefully there's a sequel. Afterall, they made a sequel to Shank.

  9. 11) Guacamelee!- Damn that was fun! There's still a pile of secrets to go back and find, because I only got two pieces of the super-secret mask. Luchadore Metroidvania with some seriously tricky jumping puzzles. Just a fantastic game overall.

    12) Lego City Undercover- I just beat this one a few hours ago, and even with all I did I'm still only at 58%, roughly. While none of it is very hard, there's a ton of content in this game. It's also the first Lego game I've ever put any time into. Lego Marvel Heroes will probably be my next one, because how do you resist that?

  10. #6: BioShock Infinite

I haven't decided exactly how I feel about this one yet. I've been thinking about that ending and most of it makes sense, but I still have a few questions and the plan now is to immediately go back and play through it again in 1999 Mode. I'm going to be paying close attention to the story details this time and it'll be interesting to see how the ending jives with everything. The rest goes without saying: The game is big, ambitious, great fun to play and positively gorgeous.
...because without the bitter, baby, the sweet ain't as sweet.
