Yeah it was really surprising there were really few options. There's a day 1 patch but it only addresses some problems with the AI.

It's currently got an 82 on metacritic. Polygon gave it an 80.

Anybody else play it yet?

EDIT: I'm watching TotalBiscuit's review he can't run it on ultra with SLI Titans.
