The boss battles are tougher than the original, but the cinemas are deadly boring and I'm not sure the backgrounds really work. The NES game is still better overall!

I get that they got the original voice actors and they reallllly wanted to use them, but I don't know if adding a bunch of dialog to an otherwise verbally silent game was the way to do that.

Also they somehow turned The Moon theme from "best 8-bit song" to "forgettable fully orchestrated thing" and I am holding a grudge.

It was an OK game. I respect what they were trying to do. And shit, it will take you what? 3 minutes to play the original?
