Now if you include the later SFamicom period with the entirety of the PSX, up until the time when video games became a liiiitle too expensive to fuck around with, you've got one of the best videogame companies ever.
You didn't say Square. You said everyone. And you're fucking nuts if that's what you meant. Square's PS1 output crushed their SNES output, but that's not true for very many other publishers.

Forgot about PE. Add that to the pile. Square was ridiculous during that time.

It was in reply to a post that said "blah blah company they were in the SNES era, even the PSX era" as if they weren't as good in teh PSX era as they were in the SNES era.

And no, everyone was at their creative best then. Except Nintendo. Yamauchi was so weh weh about everyone going cd (even though he had that shit in his hot hands and threw it back like some kind of senile gang lord) that he thought making fun of people who liked those silly jrpgs that were so successful at the time was better than catering to those people.
Everyone was at their best also except maybe to some Baby Call of Duty players who think there wasn't anything worthwhile made before the Xbox360, best platform ever (that's what they call it, not me).

PE is so damn good, but PE 2 isn't really that bad. It sucks that they went for a more RE game but it's perfectly playable and even has some interesting ideas.

  6. I heard a rumor that there's a way to play SaGa Frontier where it's really good. I don't know if it's true though.

I found a game called Romancing SaGa. I don't even know what the fuck this is.

I also have the PS2 Musashi game ready to go. Locked and loaded.

  8. I like the PS2 Romancing SaGa a lot. I don't know how the SFamicom one is. PS2 Musashi is okay, just disappointing in comparison to the BETTER PSX game.

The PS2 one? It's a cool remake. I keep meaning to pop my copy back in and play it again but I have so much else on my plate right now.

SaGa Frontier is an awesome game. It's a realistic simulation of torture. When you're done, you feel so fucking good.
