Indeed.before, during and after. avengers comics are basically what happens when the other heroes aren't doing their own things.

It might sound corny as a movie line, I love it in the comics but you have to really be able to pull that off well and with gravitas in the movies.

Like maybe Chris Evans can just say "Assemble on me!" as they gear to fight the next bad guy or just say "Assemble" at any point in the movie.

Yeah like JBNagis said they all had solo series before, during, and after the Avengers comics although the years apart from each other are pretty close.

No idea. maybe Hit Girl saying it in Kick Ass 2 will give them some ideas on how to do it.

I meant it more as of the explanations of why they can't get ahold of each other or shield to help out. Maybe all three movies take place all at exactly the same time???

Maybe they will? Although if this takes place primarily in Asgard then that would be why they're isolated.
