I was excited for the 3DS version, but even more so now after playing the demo. They really pulled it off, and it looks great in 3D.

Knowing Smash players, local Wi-Fi play is going to get as much if not more usage. These are the ones losing their minds about WaveBird support for the WiiU version.

Nah, they'll probably be running both in tandem. The scene for this game is as rabid as the Street Fighter crowd, people who are quarter-d up for the console game will probably be running side fights on the 3DS's.

Three things: I'm figuring the 3DS game is going to be huge. I don't know anybody who has a WiiU who isn't on their second 3DS already. The Nintendo Club demo thing was one of the smartest word-of-mouth marketing things I've seen in years.
