This is so tricky because i immediately thought "DRAGON FORCE", which was also ported to PS2 and 3, and "PRINCESS CROWN", which i suddenly remembered had a PSP port. I'd probably drop PS1 just because nearly everything i like on that is also on PSN.

Virtual On is also on PC, PS2 (M2 Sega Ages port), 360, and PS3. And the Saturn version is bad compared to the PC port, which is bad compared to the PS2 and current-gen ports. Scorcher was apparently also on PC, but I don't think it's a very good game...
