I got about 1.5 hours in, to the point I last saw Chuck play (Against the two Wind chicks.) This game rules. If you play on hard though, it kicks you squarely in the balls until you get the ability to do anything but run and slash. You get really roided out though as the game goes on. You'll be an unstoppable SOTN powerhouse by the end IMO
I made it to Solo when I stopped for the night, but yeah in the beginning you better hope you get rage mode or you're gonna get fucked EVERY TIME by the first wall to get to the checkpoint.
