The dream sequence seems especially pointless in light of the fact that Bats never actually acts on Flash's warning.
I agree with most of this. Cutting out the Wayne's death and the dreams are the easiest and quickest edits I can think of. Take them and you miss nothing. More dialog and less silent mean mugging to explain things. The last section of the movie, characters just know things they shouldn't, it's like chunks have been edited out. Superman needed to take more of the high road to make him more Superman (his depression about people fearing him rolls into anger for some reason).
I think Ben is great as both Bruce and Batman. The straight up murdering fools in the batplane was weird. Should have been firing knockout gas or something instead of bullets.
For the most part I liked Eisenburg as Lex. Could change some things here and there to make him more coherent (weird rambling rantings gotta go), I thought his plan(s) were suitably devious.
Love Gal Gadot. Looking forward to the WW, wish she was in more of this. I'm actually looking forward to all the solo movies they set up.
There's a lot of cramming things in to make things happen the way they wanted it to go and that made for a movie that should have been much better than it is. Kinda disappointing, but I liked it a lot more than Rises.
That was handled wrong, the placing is so confusing. Bruce wakes up from a dream and he's all shocked, Flash comes through and when it's over, he jolts again and it looks like that was a dream too. But, I assume that Flash wasn't warning Bruce about Lois drowning at the fight, but something that hasn't happend yet. Superman telling her "you are my world" is the set up for it.
Saw this today in IMAX 3D. Professional movie reviewers must have attended a crack smoking convention or something, I don't know. This was excellent. After Nolan's snoozefest, bat nipples, deadbeat babydaddy Superman, etc... This was long overdue.
