I really wouldn't mind Bale returning. Althought I was hoping this would lead into a JL movie and maybe more bm/sm crossovers. Getting a new actor would be nice if they could sign him to a 3-5 picture deal. I just don't see Bale wanting to play this character for that many more movies.

Plus the Nolan Batman universe isn't exactly set up for super powered people/aliens.

so is this a worlds finest type of movie, or a dark knight returns type of movie. whats the premise? are they going to build a giant robot that looks like a combination of bats and supes and throw it at a meteor?

I personally would prefer a world's finest type take, it seems like that would be a better set up for a JL movie than something inspired by DKR.
