Nes game.
did things that few games did until Gran Turismo came along.
 <- that one is pretty obscure, but it will make sense eventually.
I thought 3 was the Game Gear game, but now that I know it's not, I realized it's an Amstrad game.
So Burnin' Rubber.

The only NES game I remember that had any "upgrades" was Formula One: Built to Win. I mostly just recall starting with a Mini Cooper.
Edit: Or a Beetle? Whatever it was, it was shitty.

You got it. Developed by Winky Soft.
I never would have guessed that without the hint. The screenshot looks like a dozen generic 8-bit racing games.
Also, these are fun. Please keep putting them together.
I don't want them to get stale, or I'd do one every day. Other people can throw 'em together too!
The hardest part is to throw enough lay ups in there so even guys like me can pick out a few without making it so easy that a frog or neoz can come in and clean house with one post :P
This was a pretty good category for that. Racing games tend to look pretty similar, so it's harder to just go down the list and check them off.
Ah, Burnin' Rubber was driving me nuts. I knew that game was the GX4000 pack in but didn't want to cheat and look it up.
They're very hard to balance. I remember having to factor in current posters while making them a few years ago. We had almost all our European posters leave around the same time which made PAL exclusives harder to guess. Plus, I was determined to have a near 50/50 Western/Eastern developed mix in almost every quiz.Originally Posted by SSJN

I just looked through some of them.
I can't believe you put (at least) 191 of them together. Jeez.
