I had drive to Odessa (6 hours) last night. So, I pretty much missed this game.

They say the weather for the Superbowl is going to be about as bad as it was in Green Bay. That doesn't sound like a very appealing game to watch and I'd imagine the half-time show would be pretty bad as well.

Weather has been AWFUL around these parts. As in, worst I have seen in a long time.

We got 4 snowstorms in a week before Christmas. Then a bitter cold that lasted 2 weeks until we got another snowstorm last week. Then, more cold.

It's warmer today, but also raining cats and dogs. Scheduled to be 8 degrees Fahrenheit tomorrow - normal is around 35.

So yea, not looking good for the Super Bowl this year. Thanks Obama.

It was 46 when I left for work this morning. It's now 31. Supposed to get down to 6 tonight where I live.

I once went downhill skiing in -10 F weather. Even with thermals and several layers of clothing, I would rush to the lodge after every run to thaw out. I can't imagine how cold it would feel for a player with limited weather gear on the field.
