A lot of this looked like actors reciting lines. Hopefully only because it's a pilot.

I thought the pilot was a tale of two halves. The first half was really slow and poorly acted, but it really picked up in the second half. I'm leery of them introducing so many characters so soon.
I'm leery of a Batman show that doesn't have Batman in it.

Some weird acting aside, it's a good start. Like Yoshi said, I think it really picked up in the second half. Love the guy they got for Penguin. Lots of potential.
