The Completionist/Super Beard Bros. are related channels that have some really funny Let's Play's and super-duper completionist videos.
CGRUndertow is still on Youtube - only the main CGR channel is on Daily Motion, and the CGR site's been around for a while.
Knightwing's channel is good for Wii U stuff, although he's a bit too preachy at times.
Retrophile TV's a good way to check out some older 16-bit stuff you might've forgotten about.
ClanoftheGrayWolf is outstanding for 16-bit stuff, but it isn't updated much - easily the best resource for Earthbound on Youtube though.
Half Bit's channel is funny, but the videos are a little too short and comedy-centric. The real star is his kickass Pac-Man hoodie.
As an OUYA fan, I enjoy Satoshi Matrix's look at not only that system, but retro stuff as well. His video setup isn't the best since he just shoots a camera at the screen, but it works out pretty well considering that but the audio can be all over the place.
