Thread: This Month's Haul - December 2013

  1. I think all versions will end up with the same content, and there will be a Xbox One version. The PC version apparently won't ever get controller support though and that is a shame.

  2. I believe it, just waiting for confirmation. Their list of reasons for why they won't offer basic controller support on the PC gets more laughable every time they add onto it.

Blizzard does not believe people can walk from one place to another without automatic pathfinding if monsters are around. I don't even.

  3. The Demon Hunter has that somersault and that would be rendered kind of useless with the dodge, I guess. But so what? The game just plays better. The best part of D3 has always been its combat system and the controller brings that out.

  4. Even without the whole dodge thing it's a non-issue. Include it with keyboard controls. Don't include it at all. Whatever. Just offer the option using the rest of the control scheme and UI that's already been developed and implemented. The part that makes this extremely lazy is that they tested controller support before the PC version even came out, it's not like this was developed in a vacuum by some other company doing the port. They knew about everything from the very beginning, they're just being stubborn like they were about the AH.

  5. Double Team on DVD. This is the one with Rodman. It is not to be confused with either of the films where there are two Van Dammes: Double Impact and Replicant. It would be the most implausible film in all Van Dammedom via a scene in which he and Rodman jump out of an airplane in a giant basketball, one where Mickey Rourke tries to kill him with a kamikaze grenade baby, and another where he rapes a bathtub, but the citizens of Hard Target's New Orleans' unwavering credulity in JCVD's rendering of a Cajun accent keeps HT at the top.

  6. Then again,

  7. Aren't there two Van Dammes in Maximum Risk as well? It's mostly a plot point and I don't think they're ever seen together, but still.

  8. There definitely are!

  9. Bought Super Electronic Joy for $2 and Deus Ex: HR Director's Cut for $5 thanks to the Steam sale.
