Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon (3DS) - This one is slowly creeping up my list of favorite 3DS games, and I'd like to finish it before YNI comes out in a week and a half. Technically, it's my daughter's. Thankfully, she's been busy with other games and may not have noticed that it's been in my system pretty consistently since Christmas. With my wife getting my black XL when I pick up the Yoshi one, we'll be giving local download multiplayer a whirl next weekend as well. I can't believe I'm going to have three 3DS system (four if you count the broken launch unit) in my house.
The Secret World (PC) - I wish other TNLers played this, as it continues to be the only current MMO that can hold my attention. Part of that I think is that the buy-to-play model doesn't motivated force feeding and therefore burnout like the sub model. I don't feel bad at all taking a month or more break, since there is no one counting on me, and I'm not pissing money away. I think I'm nearing the end of the Egyptian locale, and Transylavania is up next, which should be awesome. I can't wait to see the investigation missions they came up with for that setting.
Sonic Lost World (Wii U) - Though the fact that the only dinosaur in this one is in the Yoshi DLC continues to disappoint, this is a much better game than the reviews indicated. I have no idea how much that has to do with the patches and how much is due to general reviewer incompetence. I'm sure it's a bit of both. The $30 I paid seems about right, though I'll admit I would have held out for $20 if not for the DLC hook.
