Well hopefully a bunch of ex Raven people go out and do their own thing, they really don't HAVE to churn out constant CoD material if they have greater ambitions given the wider publishing options that are out there.
And yeah Singularity is a really good game, been mentioning it here anytime someone brings up underrated titles.
It's in the second tier of underratedness of the gen
So much so that I want to replay it now that I have it on PC.

I don't typically like Raven's FPS much but Singularity was worth playing all the way through.

Project Root (PC)
Something similar to a futuristic Desert Strike, but done in a rotating view similar to Assault where your plane is at the bottom of the screen. Plenty of targets to rain missiles on while completing several missions in each stage. Good stuff. Just got it on Steam for $10.
Xybots (Arcade)
Probably the first free-roaming TPS, and Sega's inspiration for Last Survivor. Quite ahead of its time for having a 1987 release date. Loving this.
