It was a guy bleeding out in the passenger seat while a male cop shouted and the lady driver spoke calmly about what happened. Then she was taken out of the car, her phone (live streaming) was thrown aside, she was handcuffed and stuck in a squad car. Then the video glitched up on me and the audio went away.

The deal is the man who was shot had a permit to carry a weapon, told the cop he had a gun, and ate 4 bullets for it. Maybe more info later, but that's about it right now.
