i hope they release the part of Bravely Default everyone hates and only that part on console/PC just because Iron Plant is such a butt about it

also reading that dumbass article that Yoshi linked (after seeing everyone else say how stupid it was), wow, this is some dumb shit. This guy's talking about how Tales of Destiny and the 1st Wild Arms haven't been bested while calling SaGa Frontier garbage. What a fucking idiot.

And talking about how great Ni no Kuni is and how bad the FFXIII games are


and Legend of Legaia? Christ, I'm surprised he didn't bring in some Legend of Dragoon.

i'm playing so many great jrpgs on portable and console, both new and ones that i never got around to that they could stop making them forever and i'd be set for the next decade.

XIII and XIII-2 were mediocre but serviceable. XIII-3 was unplayable dreck. Ni no Kuni shits all over them right properly.

I think pretty much all the Tales of games are crap, but they're still JRPGs that are being made. I haven't played Time and Eternity or Ni No Kuni yet so I can't really speak for how quickly they fall apart.

I do dislike Lightning, but I think FFXIII games do pretty well even with her bogging then down. She was even bland when she dimension hopped into FFXIV for a few.

Okay, so you weren't thrilled with Ni no Kuni. Fair enough.

But can you stand before a mirror, look yourself in the eye, and say that XIII-3 isn't terrible? Hateable characters, an uninteresting story that drowns in its own terrible mythology, that fucking countdown gimmick... Come on, let's be real.

I don't understand the Ni No Kuni hate at all. Getting me to actually finish it is a monumental accomplishment for a JRPG.
