I'm still thinking it is multi-verse Detective Joe. My main tip-off is his mask—if it were Barry's dad I think they would have more of his face revealed (even just eyes or something non-descriptive). Because his mask has absolutely no areas of visible skin I believe they are concealing the colour of his skin because a black Zoom would almost certainly giveaway that he is Joe.

It is definitely possible, but I am more inclined to think it is Henry at this point.
Just watched the first four episodes waiting for it to get good and I think the Captain Cold one just broke me.
This is literally a pile of shit.
Please let me know if it turns around completely at some point or if I should stop now before I lose my voice yelling at the screen.
It may not be for you.
Captain Cold IS probably the worst recurring character, however.
