Please let the fact they're being cagey about the timeline mean that this overwrites III and Necalli's first act is to absorb Akuma.
One thing I wouldn't mind seeing plagiarized from World Heroes 2 is the projectile reflect, which is done by Just Defending against a fireball.
Necalli's Mask of the Earth looks wild, with him taking the opponent into the air with one hand to slam them into the ground.
I think I trust Capcom now to come up with some good new character designs and special moves for them.
